My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Teddy! This little fella is 10-11 years young, 9 pounds and will be your loyal and loving companion. He has quickly become a velcro dog with his foster mom and we hear he gives the best kisses and cuddles. His favorite place to nap is on his foster mom's stomach and he spends his day shadowing her around the house.

Don't let his age fool you - he has lots of playful energy and loves exploring the outdoors. His energy level is definitely that of a younger dog and he will make you laugh with his play antics.

Teddy does okay with other dogs, but gets a bit jealous and will bark if another dog tries to join the cuddle session with his foster mom. He definitely enjoys feeling special with some 1-1 attention.

You will meet the pet at our thrift store and adoption center in Blue Ridge, GA. We also have adoption events every Sat. (Weather Permitting)

More about this rescue

We are a new Rescue to North Georgia but we have been volunteering with a rescue group for 10 years. We are huge animal lovers and enjoy helping animals in need. There is a special satisfaction in saving a dog from a kill shelter and adopting it into the perfect home.
