My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Mater!

Mater is a 7 year old Papillon boy looking for a foster or foster to adopt home in NJ or eastern PA.  He is dog friendly and would do best with another dog in the home.  He is not yet kid or cat tested.  He was recently surrendered from a breeder and is not yet house or leash trained.  He needs a patient family willing to work with him.  He needs to go to a foster home until he is neutered and has a dental, but fosters are permitted to adopt (as long as everything goes well during the foster period).  Fosters must have availaiblity to take to a rescue vet partner.  Mater is a sweet boy who cannot wait to start his new life!

Go meet their pets

Our rescues are with fosters on the east coast. The location in which the foster resides should be listed with each profile.

We are setting up some adoption events now, but are free for private meet and greets if you are interested in one of our adoptable pets!

More about this rescue

We have a passion for senior animals. To be able to save an animal from dying alone in a shelter, to give it a chance to live out its last days/months/years in a home with the proper care and love it deserves, instead of a cold shelter, is what drives us to keep going.

We obviously have financial needs that come with rescuing senior dogs, so we will be rescuing puppies and younger dogs as well so we are able to care for our seniors.
