My name is Doug!

Hi there! My name is Doug and I am the gentlest boy. I may not have had the easiest start to life, spending the first 4 years of my life in a testing facility, but I'm here now, ready to embrace all of the love and joy that comes with a forever home. Despite my rough beginning, I am a gentle and sweet soul. I love exploring, whether it's going for a long walk in the park or just exploring the patio or the back porch. While I get along well with other dogs, I haven't had much exposure to children or cats. I would absolutely thrive in a patient home with those excited to have a furry family member!
