Hey there, future best friend! I’m Ivy, a spirited and charming pup with a heart full of love. Ready to embark on a journey of cuddles, adventures, and endless tail wags? Well, you’ve come to the right place!
Let me tell you a bit about myself – I recently had my leg amputated and I’m now a perfect tripod pup! Even though I only have three legs I am still a big furball of energy that loves her walks, playtime in the yard, and morning pup massages! I am a puppy, so I have bursts of zoomies and am a bit mouthy sometimes when I get super excited, but I’m working on refining my manners. With your patient guidance, we’ll turn those playful nips into gentle nudges of affection.
When it comes to new people, I’m still working on my social skills and tend to warm up to some more than others. I have not been around kids much, but since I can get a bit playful during our time together, it’s probably best if they’re a bit older. As for dogs, I couldn't be happier with my furry friends in my new foster home! I've had so much fun playing and going on playdates with my neighbor dogs and other pups. I've even been on a number of pack walks with various dogs, and I've done great! I get really excited and just want to play with everyone. I also seem to follow corrections well. I think my ideal home would include another playful dog so we can have endless adventures together! Cats on the other hand are a total mystery to me at this point as I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting any yet.
I need a forever family who is committed to investing time, love, and patience into my training journey. From perfecting my crate training to mastering my leash skills, your guidance will play a crucial role in shaping my behavior. In return, I promise to fill your days with joy, laughter, and lots of cuddles! If you’re ready for an adventure full of tail wags and triumphs, I’m the perfect pup for you!
