My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Siblings Rosina and Almaviva were living outdoors until they were rescued. They started out scared of humans, but have learned to love and seek out affection in their foster home. They play and chase each other and end cuddled in a nap right next to you.

Rosina loves running away with the wand toys and headbutting you for affection. She loves following her mom around and tripping her. She’s also started sitting in her foster’s lap and loves making biscuits and purring. Almaviva is a little shyer, but once he trusts you and you start petting him, he melts into a purring sweetheart. They’re both very sweet, curious, playful and learning to love the indoor life and you can see more of them on their foster’s instagram @adoptablesnyc

More about this rescue

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
