WAFFLES IS A CALM BUT FUN LITTLE GUY WHO LIKES TO PLAY, ROMP AROUND THE YARD WITH HIS BUDDIES AND NAP. HE IS PETITE AND SO CUDDLEY CUTE. WE WANT TO LOVE HIM UP ALL OF THE TIME. HE WAS FOUND ABANDONED IN THE POURING RAIN ON A STREET IN TJ WHERE SEVERAL OTHER POOR BABIES ARE DUMPED REGULARLY.
