Lovely Luna is so ready for a home to call her very own! Luna is a senior cat who is blind and has special needs. Luna is about 9 years old, weighs 10 pounds, and has an adorable little bobtail. Despite her blindness, Luna has a very sweet and low-key personality. She finds her way around well and always uses her litter box. She loves being held and petted; when she is happy, she will even drool! She also likes to sleep in stuffed toys, which is just one of the many cute and endearing things about her.
She is getting used to being around other cats in her foster home, but she may do best in a home where she is the only cat and can receive all your love, attention, and care. Luna needs someone patient and willing to acclimate her to a new environment. It may take a little time for her to feel comfortable in a new home, but she will warm up and become a loyal companion with a grateful heart. If you are considering adopting a cat and have a big heart for senior and special needs animals, Luna could be the perfect addition to your family. Please consider giving Miss Luna the comfortable and loving home she deserves, won't you? Apply to adopt today!

Prior to adoption, all canines and felines are spayed or neutered, have received their age appropriate vaccinations, have been de-wormed for common parasites, and have received treatment for prevention of fleas and ticks. All canines over the age of 6 months have been tested for heartworm. All canines are put on heartworm prevention as soon as possible - this means dogs as soon as they are tested negative. Puppies are put on prevention immediately. All felines, regardless of age, have been tested for Feline Leukemia/FIV. Each animal receives a health check by a licensed veterinarian prior to adoption. Anything else found will be treated by our organization prior to adoption.
