Tilly is just the sweetest little girl there is. She was born to be a lovable little lap dog who loves to give kisses. Tilly was found as a stray near Macs Drive In in Waterloo. She appeared to have even given birth recently. Sweet little Tilly is a Min Pin mix weighing all of about 10 pounds. She is up to date on shots, spayed, and eagerly waiting to be with people who will love her.
