Wendy found her way into the rescue world using faith, trust and a little bit of pixie dust! If you're searching for a shadow that will never leave your side, this chi-cutie will certainly fill that role. Wendy is a gentle, affectionate girl with allll the tail wags in store for you. She is a big fan of snuggles and will happily join in watching cartoons from the comfort of your lap. At just a year old, she has many years to give and should easily adjust to the lifestyle of her new family. Wendy’s small stature and expressive, pointed ears also lead us to believe she is some sort of Chihuahua mix. These “pint-sized powerhouses” are known for their love for attention and their playful personalities. At our office, Wendy can be found zipping and hopping around with the other dogs when she isn't snuggled up in her bed. Another fun fact about her is that she has a strong maternal nature! Wendy has spent a significant amount of time in her foster home helping raise puppies. Given her love for other dogs, she will likely appreciate another canine companion in her forever home.
