Meet Caribou, a sweet and resilient boy with a heart of gold, born in 2017. Caribou's journey began in a hoarder's backyard, where he lived among 110 other dogs. Despite his challenging past, Caribou has started to trust that food and love come from humans who genuinely care for him.
One of Caribou's favorite activities is snuggling up under a cozy blanket in bed with his special person. He craves that connection and it brings him immense comfort. Caribou yearns for a loving and understanding home where he can feel safe and cherished. Caribou does experience seasonal allergies, but that doesn't dampen his spirit or his love for leisurely walks outside. He still enjoys exploring and breathing in the fresh air, taking in the world around him. If you're looking for a loyal and affectionate companion, Caribou is eager to be by your side.
Included with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up to date heart-worm preventative, heart-worm test if over 6 months, microchip with registration, and spayed or neutered- if not already, a voucher is provided.

More about this rescue
We are a 501c organization that saves pets from high kill shelters, off the streets and also accept pets as owner surrenders so they do not have to step a foot in the shelters. We believe all animals deserve a good life and we strive to give them one! We give them any medical attention they may need, including spay/neuters, a microchip and vaccinations and find them a forever home.
