Keanu is a delightful, tender-hearted boy who would thrive in a tranquil environment. He enjoys the company of other cats and would thrive in a household with feline companions. He is not particularly fond of being held, but he thoroughly enjoys receiving affectionate pets. Every now and then, he may even seek out your lap for some additional love. Our mission is to help you find a pet that meets your expectations and lifestyle. You’re invited to visit with a prospective pet in one of our "Meet N' Greet" rooms. We also offer "Meet N' Greets" for adopters wishing to introduce a current dog to a potential new playmate.

We are a private, nonprofit animal welfare organization proud to be serving the people and animals of Yakima County for over 100 years. We practice and promote the humane treatment of animals through animal control services, pet adoption, humane education, information, referral and quality animal care.
