Chanel is a shy senior whose elderly family was no longer able to care for her - but once gets to know you she will be your velcro buddy. She's also shy at eating and may need you to be there by her side, even feed her a few nuggets for comfort. Chanel loves to sit and cuddle with you tucked away underneath your arm in a little hole. She uses potty pads and will go outside as well. Chanel weighs 9 lbs and is an ideal companion. Please send in an application at www.waggingtailsrescue.org

The first step in the adoption process is to submit an application, once received you will be called within 48 hours to answer any questions and schedule a time to meet the dog that you are interested in. If it feels like a match at that time then the adoption is completed with a contract, an adoption fee is paid (ranging from $150-$400) and you receive all medical records with your new dog. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and current on vaccines.
