We are courtesy posting and helping screen adopters. Take a look at Muffin! She will take up hardly any room in your home, but a big space in your heart! Want to know more about her?

She is petite, approximately five years old, spayed, microchipped, current on vaccines, and negative for FiV and felv.
She is fluffy but does not get mats.
She is litter box trained and kind to other cats.
She needs an exclusively indoor home with gentle people who will give her time to adjust.

Submit Application

submit an online application at www.sparklecatrescue.org we do not do same day adoptions.

2.
Interview

once your application has been reviewed and approved, our adoption coordinator may contact you.

3.
Meet the Pet

A meet n greet will be set up at a foster home (OR virtually) after adoption application is approved.

Additional adoption info

All of our cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated as part of the adoption fee.

If you see a cat you would like to adopt, please complete an adoption application interest form and we will set up a meet 'n' greet.

Our application requires 2 non-related references, vet references (we do check), current and past pets you have owned.

We do not do same-day adoptions. All applicants are fully screened (vet references, etc.) to ensure our fur babies go to awesome forever homes!

Sparkle Cat Rescue is incorporated in the State of North Carolina as a nonprofit, with our 501c3 in process. All Sparkle kitties receive lots of TLC and socialization to prepare them for their forever homes! We are 100% volunteer, experienced volunteers/fosters who provide loving homes and lots of socialization for our rescued kitties.

Each SCR kitty is combo tested immediately when they arrive in our program and vaccinated (rabies and FVRCP) if age appropriate.
