My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FOSTER OR ADOPT - Copper is an adorable 4 month old hound mix. Right now he weighs about 40lbs. He and his siblings are sweet as can be, and always popular at adoption events. They have been well socialized, crate trained, and are almost full potty trained. Copper and his siblings are very relaxed, and children just love to snuggle them at our adoption events. They are up to date on vaccines, and will be neutered in a few months. They are dreaming of finding their forever homes for the holidays! ❤️

More about this rescue

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
