Hi, I'm Colette! I'm a sweet, good-natured cat. I'm shy at first, but once I'm comfortable I'm quite a lap cat. I love a good neck rub and a nice brushing. In the summer, I like to sit at the top of my cat tree and soak up the sun. I'm an independent woman, but I like being around my people. I'd prefer a quiet home where I would be the only animal, but I could coexist with a respectful cat or dog.
I have some anxiety (don't we all!?), but it's well-managed with a once-a-day medication. If you put the pill in a lickable treat, I'Il eat it right up with no complaints. Speaking of lickable treats, those are my absolute favorite! If you've got some of those around, we'll get along just fine.
I'm an older lady, but I've got some good years left. I'm looking for a companion with a peaceful home where I can live out my glory years. Could that be you?
