My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oscar came into our rescue after becoming paralyzed.

He had back surgery on 12/11/23.  It was quite successful.

This gorgeous 7 year old red short hair purebred standard Dachshund is doing remarkably well.  About 18 pounds.

Oscar goes twice a week for acupuncture, laser, and water therapy.  Everyone there loves him.

This sweet boy is looking for his forever home.  Gets along with other dogs, and loves everyone.  He has so much energy.  A home with a yard would be the best.

If you're interested in adopting Oscar, please complete an adoption application on our website to be pre-approved:  www.dachshundrescueoflosangeles.com
