Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Atlas, a charming 9-month-old black panther ready for adoption! His glossy fur and captivating gold eyes add to his appeal. While initially shy, Atlas warms up once he feels safe and will even greet familiar faces with cute little meows. He loves wand toys, Greenie dental treats, and enjoys both canned food and kibble. He is litter box trained. Despite a unique feature – he was born with one back paw that has missing paw pads and the other back foot only has two toes instead of four – it does not slow him down or keep him from running and climbing while playing with his toys!
His foster mom was originally adopting him, but is now facing health challenges that don’t make that possible. She is hoping he will capture someone else’s heart and be placed in a great, loving home! He is a gentle cat, but has not been around dogs or children. He would probably be ok with older children who are experienced with cats. He was with his siblings when he was in the shelter, so he has been around other cats. He would be happiest in a home with at least one friendly cat buddy to keep him company. He is used to being in a calm environment, so he needs someone who is patient until he feels comfortable.
Atlas is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and FIV/FeLV negative. He is being fostered in Colorado Springs and his adoption fee is $150. If you're ready for a purrfect companion, apply at https://www.fromforgottentoforever.com/catadoptionapplication.
