Precious is the cuddle buddy you need!
Are you looking for an adorable, quiet little senior lady? Meet Precious! This cutie slowly came out of her shell after leaving the shelter and recovering from a couple of medical procedures, but now she's feeling so much more comfortable and social! She loves treats, and food in general (though mind her diet and figure!), but more than anything, cuddles are her jam. As soon as you approach your couch, she will be waiting for you to sit on it. She loves being a lap kitty and spending time with her humans. It's probably her favorite part of the day. Although not the most playful cat, she won’t hesitate to climb furniture to reach your lap and start snoring. Throughout the day, Precious is never too far. She will follow you around the house and remind you when it’s time to eat or give her attention! She will also remind you how important it is to take some breaks from work to give her some chin rubs!
Precious is on a special diet for kidney disease, a common senior kitty condition, and requires regular IV fluid treatment to keep her kidneys as comfortable and functional as possible. Never given fluids before? It's easier to do than you might think, and we'd be happy to arrange a demo if needed! Precious is cat-friendly but would do better in a home that is on the quieter side, without tiny, boisterous human children. We're not sure how she feels about dogs.
