Tobi was abused and was admitted to a rural shelter at a young age, less than a year old. The countryside shelter is very poor. He was going to euthanize in December 2023 to reduce the number of dogs at the shelter. He was not adopted until the day of euthanasia, and he dramatically rescued 30 minutes before euthanasia. He likes to play with other dogs and take walks. Even if he is hurt by people, he still loves people so much.
