My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buck is sharing his best smiles to show you what you could enjoy EVERY day if you adopt him! This happy, friendly guy came in with 2 other dogs a few weeks ago. Buck is such a nice boy. He is 2 years old and is a good size at 66 lbs. He would probably love a fenced yard to play in and maybe some kids, too. Buck has been a well-behaved guest at BAS but he is ready to say, `adios and hasta la vista` to shelter life. We will be closed for the Easter holiday starting tomorrow, so come meet and adopt Buck today!

Dog Day Out, 4/18/24:
We took Buck to Red Slide Park in Haw River and walked around the fields and down along the river. Buck loves the water and grass--he loves to jump and splash and play! Buck loves to give kisses and is super affectionate and loving. He would make an amazing dog for someone who loves to be outside just as much as he does!
