My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

STAR, F/S, DSH, BLACK
BORN JUNE 19 2023

Star is a curious little girl who loves to play, with her toys and other cats. She has the most adorable little coo sound she makes when playing or wanting you to know she's there. Star likes to be near the action. She is quite shy, however, and currently still avoids being touched. Star shows every sign that with time and patience, she will accept being petted, as she inches closer to her foster mom every day. She would do best with another cat to play with, and a quiet home with no small children. Star needs a special someone to bond with and trust. Are you that person?

More about this rescue

Our main purpose is to save the lives of cats in danger of death, starvation and disease and to educate the public about cats in their homes and neighbourhoods. Some of our rescues are hand-picked from overcrowded local shelters. Others have been rescued from known “dump” sites. Still others may be trapped from lives outside by kind volunteers or families or may be surrendered by families who can no longer care for them for various reasons.
