My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey there, I'm Garfield, and if there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I am the ultimate couch potato. I'm all about lounging around and soaking up those cozy vibes.

When it comes to meeting new people, I can't help but get a little excited and interested. I love making new friends, especially if they're willing to give me some pets and cuddles.

Now, let's talk about my relationship with other pets. I've got a small doggie friend, and while we don't exactly play together, we're pretty good at co-existing. You'll often find us all snuggled up together on the bed - it's the perfect spot for a lazy afternoon nap.

Whether it's curling up on your lap or your tummy, I'm always up for some cuddle time. Oh, and while I'm not a huge fan of belly rubs, I'll let you know gently if I've had enough.

Now, let's talk favorites. I'm not really into toys - we've tried everything, but nothing seems to hold my interest for long. Nope, I much prefer lounging on the bed or couch, watching the world go by. And let me tell you, I am a big fan of food - it's the highlight of my day!

What makes me special, you ask? Well, besides being a sweet chonky boy (yep, they call me "Mr. Chonkers" sometimes), I'm also incredibly people-oriented. I love being around my humans, following their hands with my eyes in hopes of getting some extra pets.

As for my perfect family, well, they'd be ones who appreciate a low-energy pet who's also super cuddly and needy. If you love sleeping with your pet and don't mind a little company during the workday, then I might just be the perfect match for you. Plus, I'm perfectly content staying home alone for a few hours - just give me a comfy spot to nap, and I'll be as happy as can be. I am FIV+ but I am doing just fine, I can live in a home with other FIV + cats or cats I wouldn't fight with.
