Meet Winnie!

Winnie the Pooch is approximately 2 years old, loves hiking and being outside, enjoys eating snow, and is a cuddle bug.

She is great with kids but hasn’t been around cats yet. Winnie is a sweet and happy-go-lucky kind of dog who loves to be included in activities.

As a husky mix (we think) she does get bored, so she would love to be in a home where her family is present most of the time and she can have mentally stimulating activities.

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

Most of our animals need a little "extra" to be successful in a home environment - fill out an app to see if you might be a good fit!

2.

Interview

Depending on your app, we may schedule a phone interview to discuss the particular needs of the animal you applied for.

3.

Home Check

Quick home check to make sure that your place is suitable for their new animal.

4.

Approve Application

After you application is approved, we schedule a time for you to meet the animal.

5.

Take the Pet Home

We require that all of our potential adopters do at least a two week adoption trial period before finalizing.

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

After the trial period, if you decide to finalize the adoption we'll send you the paperwork.

7.

Pay Fee

After the contract is signed and their fee is paid, it's official!

Our support does not end at adoption. We continue to offer donation-based post-adoption services to help the new family. <3
