My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello everyone!!! I'm Tammie. I am a really well behaved lady. I don't get in trouble. My foster mom says I'm adorable.

I am good in the crate and love walking on a leash. I also LOVE cats...specially kittens. I have been known to groom them. lol

I haven't had much luck with other dogs in my past. Some were not friendly towards me and made me a bit scared. They used to eat all my food and bully me. I would prefer to be the only dog.

Let me think.....things I don't like...getting my nails trimmed. The previous owners used to hurt me and make my nails bleed. I love treats and enjoy laying on the grass when it's sunny outside. I am ok in the car also.

I have been waiting a long time. I'm not puppy cute, but there is not much you have to teach me. I will adapt very well to any living environment. I am so ready to find my furever family. Are you the ones????

We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled to keep everyone safe. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with local foster families making the transition into your household a whole lot easier.

We have scheduled transports every two weeks from Houston to the Pacific Northwest.

Submit Application

This allows us to get an idea of what you are looking

Interview

We will give you a call and chat for a bit. You can all ask all the questions about our rescue, available pets, and adoption steps

Interview

I conduct an interview via phone/in person or chat with each applicant

Home Check

Our Home Check and Meet the Pet are done at the same time. I try to pick a neutral location. Then we move to the Home for a Check

Meet the Pet

You will have a chance for a Meet & Greet with your favorite pet.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

We email the adoption contract to the applicant once they have been notified that their application has been selected. 24hrs to be returned

7.
Pay Fee

Adoption Fees can be paid in Cash, Zellepay, or Paypal. Fees must be collected before the pet is picked up. All records will be released
