This is a courtesy posting. Dear POPPY is at the Delano Shelter and looking for her forever home (or foster home and we could bring her into rescue! Contact us if you'd be interested in fostering). This sweet pup has been in the shelter for two months(!). A shelter is no place for a young pup! Here's her shelter bio:

POPPY is a 30lb., Female, 7-Month-Old Shepherd mix. This baby girl was found as a stray by Delano Animal Control on November 9, 2023. Poppy was tested with multiple dogs and tested very well in a group setting. Poppy showed zero signs of aggression and enjoyed playing with her new buddies in our doggy play yard. Poppy is Spayed, has received her Rabies Vaccine, Microchip and DAPP Vaccine. Poppy is ready for Adoption or Rescue.
