Panda" is new to the shelter and an owner surrender. Panda came in with HORRIBLE skin, and is now doing much better on a better quality food and a little flea medicine. He is very sweet, and friendly and adores people. He is 4-5 yrs. old and already neutered, a little on the chunky side. He is vaccinated, dewormed and heartworm negative. Panda is available for adoption to a family, person or couple who will attend to his needs and take him to the veterinarian. Visit him at the Rockbridge Spca or email manager@rockbridgespca.net

There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter.
