Meet Rand! This 3 year old Husky/Boxer mix is a gentle, calm and playful boy looking for his forever home. Rand is house trained, crate trained, and walks well on a leash. He gets along great with other dogs, especially ones that will play with him. Rand would do best in a home with older children and a confident fur sibling to be his buddy would be a plus too. He doesn't seem to mind cats, but can get overly rambunctious in play and would do best in a home without them.
Rand loves squeaky toys, going for walks, and relaxing by your side. He's not a fan of loud, chaotic environments. Rand bonds closely with his people and thrives when another dog is around for companionship and play time. He'll make a loyal, loving addition to an active family looking for an affectionate and laid-back pooch. Rand promises to be your new best friend!

We help animals who are in need by placing them in a loving foster home, providing medical care, and finding the perfect home for that animal to live in for the rest of its life. Tails of Hope takes mainly dogs, but has occasionally helped other animals in need. We take animals in through shelters and other rescue organizations, as strays, or as owner surrenders from people in our local communities.
