I'm delighted to meet you! My name is Ruxpin, and I’m a sweet, fun-loving 1-year-old cattle dog mix. Much like my namesake, I've got a gorgeous tan color, and I'm so soft people love to hug me! I'm about as sweet as them come with a very fun personality!

I’m a well-mannered boy, and I take cues really well from the people and dogs around me. I do have typical 1-year-old dog energy, but nothing that playtime or a few walks won’t take care of! I do want to play with other dogs, but I have shown a lot of respect for the dogs around me, and I am a pretty appropriate dog when meeting others.

All I want in this world is to please my people, and I'll be a quick study with food motivation and a desire to impress! I have basic leash manners and make for a really enjoyable walk partner.

At the end of the day, I want to cuddle up with my own humans; I truly love people and enjoy spending time with them! In previous foster homes, I was considered a real cuddlebug, and that is something I display at all times as well.

I would thrive in a home with all kinds of people, big and small; I love all other dogs but would LOVE a friend to play with! I will need a yard to play in or someone who can take me on a long walk or two a day. I'm an energetic partner in crime looking for his forever home!
