Dapple doxie Whiskey is looking for his human best friend! 3 years, 9 pounds, he's shy, scared at first; needs about a day to warm up to lots of sweet talk, kindness, while keeping some distance. Then he's a total love bug, devoted to his person. Whiskey likes to be carried, rubbed, get lots of lap time. He was surrendered to rescue, reason given nippy with the child in his home. So, no children should be in Whiskey's life. He also needs a fenced yard, as he's nervous seeing strange people and dogs on walks. Ok with the other dogs in his foster home but doesn't interact. He's a needy, quirky boy; a strong alpha human is best for Whiskey. He'll give back so much love and friendship.
