Joy's story is one of resilience and unwavering spirit. After years of neglect, this sweet Shih Tzu was left abandoned on the streets, but her spirit never wavered. Despite her past, Joy is the epitome of her name – the happiest soul you'll ever meet.

At an estimated 7 years old, Joy has already endured so much, but her capacity for love knows no bounds. She's incredibly affectionate and adores being around people, especially children. Her gentle nature makes her a perfect companion for families with middle-aged children who understand the importance of kindness and gentleness.

Joy's love for life is infectious, and she's great with other dogs too! She thrives in the company of furry friends, making her an ideal addition to a home with canine companions.

Although Joy has a challenging skin condition, our veterinarians assure us that with medicated baths and proper care and a few shots to control her allergies until she gets better, she'll be on the road to recovery in no time. Despite this hurdle, Joy's heart is full of love, and she's more than ready to find her forever family.
