My name is Cookie, I am a cute 5-month-old cattle dog mix! I am fun, loving and very playful! I am highly motivated by food and cannot wait to learn new tricks and skills. I came to the shelter with my sister Reese, and we get along great! Would you like to make me your new friend? Come meet me today!

Welcome to Butte Humane Society (BHS). We are one of the oldest non-profit agencies in Butte County, California, working since 1911 to bring humanitarian care to dogs, cats and other animals. We are a Limited Admission shelter that strives to make our animals as comfortable as possible during their stay with us.
