Crash was pulled August 2023 before his scheduled euthanasia date ( for space), he had already had his date extended because he was a shelter favorite, but his time was up.

According to his foster, Crash aka Big Guy fka Polaroid has been an absolute delight. He is a big, goofy guy that likes to pounce and play. He loves toys, gets along with foster's dogs of all sizes, attitudes & ages, he's even befriended foster's blind pup around his same age, they're besties

If one of the older dogs gets cranky with him he just kinda seems to shrug and walk away. Sometimes he'll give a 'woof' while he walks away.. just so he can have the last word.

He's around 75# really wants to be with his human.

He is microchipped, up to date on shots and has been neutered.

Once we receive your application, it is reviewed. Vet references will be checked along with landlord approval if you rent your home.

Meet the Pet

We prefer to bring the pet to your home so that a home check can be performed as sell.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee pays for the spay/neuter, 1 annual vaccination, 1 rabies vaccination, deworming, heartworm check for dogs and fe/luk test for cats and a microchip.

More about this rescue

We are a small rescue group formed to help the animals held by Animal Control facilities in Dickson County TN. The main focus of our rescue has changed to the rescue of senior animals in animal control facilities (ones that do have a euthanasia policy) in Middle TN.
We are also dedicated to locating affordable spay/neuter options for individuals that lack the funds to have their companion animals spayed/neutered. This is the only way to stop the overwhelming number of unwanted animals entering into animal control facilities.
