My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bella is a quiet, thoughtful girl who, once she gets to know you, will smooch and happily show you her tricks. She is looking for a caring and compassionate home that will help build her confidence and understand she is a bit shy when meeting new people.

We have fosters all over the Pacific Northwest allowing us to post in specific cities. Due to Covid 19 restrictions all Meet & Greets have been cancelled. Our adoptable pets are in Houston living with foster families waiting for their adoption approval. We have a scheduled transport every 2 weeks leaving Houston to the Pacific Northwest. All adoptable pets that are adopted in the Pacific Northwest and Canada will have an additional fee for their transport up north.

We are very detailed while reviewing applications. This adoption process will require 3 videos of (outside of your home, backyard, and inside of your home) since we are not able to conduct home checks at this time. We will be calling 2 references. We will be contacting your veterinarian to make sure you have vaccinated all your pets yearly, and that all have been spayed/neutered.

We always recommend you have 2 adoptable pets on your application. Our volunteers are working hard to review ALL applications that arrive. Allow us 10 business days for a review and contact via phone/email.

Submit Application

This allows us to get an idea of what you are looking

Interview

We will give you a call and chat for a bit. You can all ask all the questions about our rescue, available pets, and adoption steps

Interview

I conduct an interview via phone/in person or chat with each applicant

Home Check

Our Home Check and Meet the Pet are done at the same time. I try to pick a neutral location. Then we move to the Home for a Check

Meet the Pet

You will have a chance for a Meet & Greet with your favorite pet.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

We email the adoption contract to the applicant once they have been notified that their application has been selected. 24hrs to be returned

7.
Pay Fee

Adoption Fees can be paid in Cash, Zellepay, or Paypal. Fees must be collected before the pet is picked up. All records will be released
