This beautiful little girl began her life outdoors. A kind homeowner was able to get her and her 3 siblings into safety. Nougat was the first to warm up and trust humans. She is always purring and eager for attention, she loves to be pet and will offer her belly too! She still gets a bit nervous with her head being touched and being picked up and carried is also scary. She loves to play and is happy to play alone or with her sister. She would be most comfortable in a home with older children, and would be fine with a kitty friend.
She is FIV/FelV negative, flea treated and dewormed, up to date on her vaccines and has been spayed.

An adoption application can be found at www.oxfordcountyanimalrescue.com (click on Adopt, then Cats for Adoption, then scroll to the bottom of the page). We require 2 non-familial references (including contact numbers) as well as permission to speak with your vet.
Please note that yearly vet visits are a requirement for all our adopted kitties. If this is not your past practice, your application will not move forward.
You must be 21 years old to adopt. The adoption fee is $200.
It may take up to 72 hours to approve your application. Please provide all requested information, including contact numbers, to help expedite the process. Repeated phone calls and emails will not move your application along.
We are a volunteer, foster based rescue. We are not able to facilitate meet and greets before an application is received. You are not able to meet multiple kitties to see if one fits as the animals may be fostered in different locations.
