.Meet Clara!

She is a great puppy! She already knows how to "sit, is crate trained, sleeps through the night in crate, and is working on house training. She is confident and does well with small dogs, big dogs, and every person she's met! Her foster family has 2 teenagers and she is great with them and their friends and she's been good with neighbors' younger kids.
She weighs around 19 lbs right now and is in a mouthy stage, so might not be good with little kids, but she's not afraid of them.

She's affectionate, funny, sweet, and curious. He foster family adores her and knows that a forever family will adore her too! She is now almost 4 months old and is a mixed breed.

Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted. We believe that all companion pets have intrinsic value and should be treated with the reverence and care they deserve.
