Sonny is so ready for his forever home and whomever welcomes him into their ❤️&🏡 will be forever blessed with this sweet boys love and happiness that he generously shares with everyone he meets!

Our little man is about 4 years young and 10lbs. He truly spreads joy wherever he goes! And is sure to put a smile to your face ☺️😀

When rescued from the streets, it was discovered that sweet Sonny boy had a very bad injury/broken leg which was beyond repair and needed amputation. Despite being a tripod his recent amputation he’s fully recovered from doesn’t slow him or his skills down, he’s so very even more spirited. What a magical boy ✨🐾✨

Sonny has been a great foster brother to his sweet & sassy foster sister’s but he would do great as an only dog as well since he is sure to make himself the center of your 🌎, the 🍏 to your 👁️❤️ and your Prince Charming 👑

We will do a home check and/or ask for photos/videos of your home, outdoor space, complex, etc.

We often do adoptions without ever meeting the pup, and many of our dogs are overseas. However, we do welcome meet and greets if possible.

We love the fact that you are interested in adoption! Through one of our dog's adoption, you are changing their entire life by giving them their forever home and now allowing us to make room for another rescue to come under our care!

Our dogs have been let down by humans and it is our mission to ensure we provide the best possible future for them; to rehabilitate them and allow them to experience their own safe haven in the form of their forever homes. For this reason, our adoption process is focused entirely on finding the most perfect home for them, more than it is focused on finding ‘the perfect pet’ for you. Please be mindful of this when adopting.

More about this rescue

We are a donation-based, non-profit, no-kill international rescue brought together by Nana, our meat trade survivor and cancer warrior. Nana’s Haven was created in Nana’s memory by a passionate and dedicated global community of people fighting for innocent and abused animals.

Our dogs currently can be adopted to the United States, Canada, and parts of Europe, including the United Kingdom. We partner with both international and local rescues focusing on savings dogs from the meat trade in Asia, high-kill shelters, and the streets.

Almost all of the dogs have been extremely abused, and we make it our mission to show them love and rebuild their trust and confidence. We save dogs from the meat trade, breeding farms, puppy mills, and shelters.

Our dogs have been let down by humans and it is our mission to ensure we provide the best possible future for them; to rehabilitate them and allow them to experience their own safe haven in the form of their forever homes. For this reason, our adoption process is focused entirely on finding the most perfect home for them, more than it is focused on finding ‘the perfect pet’ for you.
