My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet our friendly and adventurous puppy named Salt N Pepa because of her adorable socks. She is probably part border collie part heeler, she is 25lbs and around 3 months of age. We expect her to grow up to be between 50-75lbs.

She is fairly independant but can be affectionate when given some individual human attention. She's well-mannered and doesn't jump or scratch at you. She likes to explore and play with her littermates when she hangs out in the foster's backyard. She sleeps through the night.

When we were first contacted about this litter of puppies in Oklahoma, they were extremely undersocialised. Our rescue advocates in Oklahoma had worked with the puppies extensively and within a couple of weeks they were ready to travel to Colorado. They are now in their foster home in Denver and are ready to be adopted.

Here is a video of everyone in their foster in Denver:

Here are several videos of the litter and their socialization progression:

Salt N Pepa is vaccinated and microchipped, ready for her new Colorado home and lifestyle. Her spay procedure is included in the adoption fee, which is $500.

Salt N Pepa knows just how miraculous a turn her life has taken when she was picked out by Havok’s Wolfpack and she is determined to live her new life to the fullest in the most playful and adventurous way, hopefully, with you.

More about this rescue

We are a Denver based animal rescue that rescues animals from high kill shelters in neighbouring states as well as helping native colorado residents rehome their pets. We will put our revenues into opening a veterinary clinic that offers low cost healthcare to everyone, we intend to expand into a fully functional animal hospital and taking this rescue ambition worldwide.
