Meet BennyW, aka Benny. Benny was born 10/30/23. He is a domestic short hair white and gray tabby. His markings are stunning. His face shape reminds me, his foster mom, of a baby lion, like Simba from the movie “The Lion King”.
Benny came to me with his brother JetW at about 8 weeks old. He specifically does not care for my 3 small to medium size dogs. My dogs are pretty obnoxious and Benny is not down for that kind of commotion. He enjoys one of my female adult cats being his mama. When the dogs are not around, he will come to cuddle on your lap. He enjoys being pet and he has a nice loud purr. Benny is very playful and loves toys. He also loves food! If you have some plain boiled chicken breast for him, he will be your new best friend!
A good home for Benny would be with another kitty who is open to being his friend. He may also do well as a single pet if there is a person home most of the time. He would do better in a home with no dogs and no small children. As a foster I think my particular home has not been great for what he needs. If he gets what he needs, calm, I am pretty sure he is waiting to bust out into being an excellent companion.
If you need a buddy for Benny, his brother, JetW, is also available to adopt, and is his buddy ParkerW, that he has been fostered with. He gets along wonderfully with both of them. Benny also does well with other adult kitties.

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.
