My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Maxie is around 4 years old and weighs 6 lbs.! He is great with other dogs and cats, we are not sure how he is with kids. He is house trained and has the sweetest personality! He loves to cuddle and hang out with his person. He hasn't barked (but that could change) or shown any aggression. He is just the perfect little dog!

Maxie would prefer a home where he isn't left alone a lot as he loves attention.

Applications must be filled out completely to be considered.
Our animals are given an exam, spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, microchipped and have been tested for FLA virus (cats) and Heartworm (dogs).

We are foster based only. Please fill out an adoption application prior to making an appointment to meet an animal.

More about this rescue

We are a non profit group of volunteers that began in 1975. We have no shelter facilities, we rely only on foster homes and donations to keep our programs running.
We have newsletters with pet tips and info
We offer emergency medical funding
We have a telephone and website service to assist with lost & found animals, adoptions, Foster care and general info.
We have pet identification tags for a suggested $10 donation.
