Meet Ali aka Mia! This girl is a pointer/spaniel mix. She’s around 8 months old and weighs 35 lbs but on the chunky side and on a diet. We don’t expect her to get a lot bigger than she is. She’s great with other animals and kids. She’s a happy go lucky girl. She’s a young pup that will get bored so she must be crated when no one is home. She loves to be with her people at all times and would love a home with other pups or even better with someone that works from home. Her foster mom said she’s a pure joy to have around and she’s adjusted to her household perfectly. She’s eager to please and a super smart pup. She is utd, spayed and ready to find her forever home!
Our adoptions are NOT on a first come first serve basis and there is no fee to apply! We never state any animal is fully House-trained. New environments, situations, families, routines, ect. can lead to accidents even with the most well trained animals.
All dogs have a $175 adoption fee which includes vet check, age appropriate shots (atleast 2 sets for puppies), dewormer, heartworm test (if over 6 months), rabies (if atleast 16 weeks) and spay/neuter! Puppies will be altered before adoption. All rescues and shelters practice pediatric spay and neuter.
Puppies/Dogs that are not available for adoption due to vetting not being complete can be reserved with an approved application and a non refundable $50 deposit. Deposits can ONLY be submitted once the rescue has been in contact on your approval and it has been requested through Wags and Whiskers. This deposit is applied to your adoption fee and the remaining $125 is due at pick up.
