My name is Nova!

Hi! My name is Nova. My mom was a police K9 and my dad is a Husky. I really like to play outside and run around. I do love to play with balls and I’m very fond of chewing them up. I’m also a big fan of chew toys like sticks! My new owner will need to be someone who has a lot of time and energy to walk and play with me because I get bored sometimes. If I get bored, sometimes I get myself into trouble by playing in the dirt or chewing on one of my little sister’s toys. I’m pretty good with kids but can be a little bit defensive of my space. I’m not very protective of my food though! I lived with an infant who crawled all over me and a toddler who could be pretty crazy. If the toddler tried to run over me, sometimes I growl or just give her a little corrective nibble to let her know I didn’t appreciate that! It’s probably best for me to be in a home without other dogs. I’m protective of my family so strangers make me a little nervous. I’ll snuggle next your bed while you rest!
