My name is Luka!

Hi there, I'm Luka! I am an 8-year-old male Flat Coat Retriever/ Chocolate Lab mix who weighs 40 lbs. I was surrendered to RAC due to my owner no longer being able to care for me. I am now hoping to find my FURever home! I am a very sweet boy that does enjoy play time as much as a good nap on the couch. I am crate trained and leashed trained. I previously shared a home with other dogs however, if you have other dogs in the home, a meet and greet is always suggested prior to adoption. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccine and basic boosters. I did test heartworm positive but thanks to Rockwall PAWS, I will be able to receive treatment at little to no cost to my adopter. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.
