My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Lola, an 8-year-old senior pup with a heart as big as her soulful eyes. Lola found herself in need of a new home due to health issues that left her owner unable to care for her. Rescued from a high-kill shelter, Lola now finds herself under the loving care of our team at Dogters. Despite her past, Lola remains a beacon of love and resilience. She's currently thriving under our care, receiving supplements to keep her feeling her best. While she prefers the tranquility of a quiet home, she still has plenty of love to give to the right family. Lola's ideal home is one where she can spend her golden years in peace and comfort, without the hustle and bustle of small children. Though she may have moments of discomfort, she's learning to trust again and blossoming into a gentle companion. Fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed, and housebroken, Lola is ready to embark on her next chapter with a family who understands the beauty of adopting a senior dog. If you're ready to open your heart to a loyal friend who promises a lifetime of love, Lola is waiting to meet you.

More about this rescue

Our mission: Justice for Samson Animal Rescue; an animal welfare organization. We strive to: rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in crisis. We ensure healthy pets through education, advocacy, and affordable services. We also hope to inspire the community where the animal - human bond is celebrated and nurtured.

We are committed to more than just saving dogs. We believe education is a key element of rescue. as well as spay/neuter. Once we get the dogs off of the streets we fully vaccinate, microchip, and spay/neuter. Then we begin to search for their one in a million home!
