Bio: Tulip has been in her foster home for two weeks and she’s been doing awesome! Some things we notice about her and her personality Tulip is always happy She is a little jumpy when she’s excited so little children in her new home may not be ideal Tulip sings in her kennel at night until she settles in. It normally takes 15 or 20 minutes for her to quiet down Oddly she’s quiet in her kennel during the day when her foster mom is gone Tulip is very smart she understands no and she loves to be told she’s a good girl! She’s fostered with many dogs of various sizes and does great. But when a dog doesn’t want to play she doesn’t read that cue very well and needs her human to step in and tell her to stop. Tulip would do best in a home with an experienced and confident dog owner. She needs to know that person is the boss and then she falls in line! Because like we said she’s a smart girl! Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.
