Bio: Piper is new to Wisconsin, and joins us after spending time with our rescue partners in Texas. She is friendly with other small dogs, and loves getting attention from humans though she can be a little shy at first. Cuddling on the couch has been her favorite activity since arrival, and she has been accepting crate time well when the people of the house have to leave. She has been doing great pottying outside, but will need continued guidance in a new environment. Our Pack Animal Rescue, Inc. Is an all foster based 501c3 rescue. License #487823. Meet and greets are arranged after an application has been approved.

Submit Application

Home Check

We ask for a virtual home tour (pictures or videos) Can be submitted through the application or when we contact.

3.
Interview

We will discuss what your looking for and if the current pet fits that or match you with someone who does . Done via phone.

4.
Approve Application

There is 3 days from time of approved app to determine a meet and greet

5.
Meet the Pet

All household members must be present and any current dogs.

6.
Sign Adoption Contract

Fee is paid. Adoption photo (if adopter is okay with ) is taken

7.
Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

We keep our applications on file for a year. We try very hard for the best match all around. Definitely can switch the dog you applied for if a better fit is found.

We are a foster based rescue so unles we have am adoption event (usually hosted at appleton petsmart) we require an approved application on file to make an appointment to see whom interests you.
