My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Russ is a 3 year old Beagle and a complete sweetheart. He is about 28lbs.

Russ loves attention but can be a little unsure of new people at first - but once you show him a little bit of love, he’s yours. He is great with our kids (7 and 9) and will follow them around the house to see what they were up to or kind a good place to snuggle with them on the couch/in bed. He is THE BEST cuddler. Russ is curious and always wants to know what’s going on. He does seem to be a little unsure of other dogs, usually staying back and observing to see how they will interact or just stay out of their way.

Russ is still working on potty training, but getting better each day. He doesn’t love the crate, but will go in it, especially if there is a treat involved (he’s VERY motivated by food). He does very well walking on the leash and will often pause or slow down to stay in sync with whoever is walking him. He loves to be outside and listens very well to commands.
