Kenzo is a very loving, active dog that just needs someone to give him their time and affection. He'd do well with dogs just as playful as him. He's a smart boy that learns quickly. Teaching him new things and getting him adjusted to your routine will just take time. He's doing great with potty training, you just need to stick to a schedule. He does great with dog doors and will tell you if he needs to go out. Crate training will take time but he has made great progress from when we started. He is comfortable in his crate but will be vocal about his choice to be right by your side instead. He's been living with cats and has slowly been adjusting to co existing with them. With continued slow introductions, I'd think he would do just fine being in a home with them. He is very affectionate and love to cuddles and give kisses. Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from Guardians of the Green Mile Inc. We are a group of individuals that have come together to save the lives of animals that are in danger of being euthanized. We raise funds to fully vet the animals and to provide them with a stable home until they are adopted. All of the dogs in our Rescue are in Foster homes while they are looking for their forever family. The only time we put a dog in boarding is for a Foster to go on vacation if another Foster is not able to care for them. We appreciate your taking the time to fill out the application to adopt one of our Guardians of the Green Mile pets. The questions that we ask are to only find the right fit for all of our dogs and the families that will be adopting them. Adoption donation is $300.00 for dogs over 1 year old and $350 with a $50.00 spay / neuter deposit for puppies/dogs under 1 year old.
