Meet Triscuit, an adorable beagle mix who was found starving and needed proper vetting and plenty of TLC to get back on her paws. She is a typical beagle, always sniffing and exploring, and she gets along great with other dogs. She has the iconic beagle howl, and she'll let it out when she's excited!
