Birdie is about 1.5 yrs. My neighbor found her in the street & found her owner a block over. They didnt want her, they were moving to a place that didnt allow dogs.
I agreed to take her in with a loving & seemingly guilty heart, not exactly knowing what would happen. I wasnt ready to add a companion back into my home after losing my 10yr old ESA in April.
Ive had Birdie for a while & learned a lot about her. Shes sweet as can be. She loves people, all toys/playing & the best under the blanket cuddle bug. Shes smart & food motivated. Good with most dogs, prefers male playmates & really wants to play with new cat friends, but doesnt go running after them. Shes met many kids & is mostly excited when meeting them.
Shes anxious if you dont crate her while youre away & generally is well behaved especially after she gets a good play in. She would thrive where she isnt crated all day & gets a lot of play or daycare is an option.
Willing to negotiate adoption fee w/ proof of spay.
