HOTCH is 18 months old and weighs 14 pounds and came in with his sister HILLARY. They were found on the streets just sitting in the pouring rain and they looked a mess. Can provide pictures of them found.

This brother and sister duo are a bonded pair and need to be adopted together. HOTCH is the more cuddly with me and likes to just hang out with me on the couch watching TV. HILLARY is more social and playful with the other dogs in my home. She is especially close to 2 tiny chihuahua's I have. They may look a little mean or reserved but they are happy and have come a long way since coming into my home. They walk very well on a leash without pulling and riding in the car without getting sick. They love treats, chicken jerky treats!

ADOPTION FEE & APPLICATION REQUIRED

Roxxy's K-9 Rescue does not have a shelter, all of our dogs are raised in foster homes. Each dog comes spay/neutered (fixed), rabies shots appropriate for their age, and dewormed twice. The dogs are up to date on vaccinations according to their age at the time of adoption. They are microchipped, heartworm tested and on monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventative. ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE ADOPTION FEE.

We transport across the United States.

Medical records will come with each dog at the time of adoption.

Our organization is run by volunteers/foster parents, please be patient to give us time to respond to your emails and/or phone calls. We will reply to you. Thank you.

Interview

For anyone out of state we will do a phone or Facetime interview so you can go over all of your concerns.

3.
Approve Application

Once you have met the requirements & picked a dog that matches your lifestyle, your application will be approved and you are a step closer.

4.
Take the Pet Home

Transportation will be secured to get your new pet to you. Transportation fees are included in the adoption fee. Thank you.

More about this rescue

We are a home based foster rescue organization, we do not have a shelter. All of our dogs are in private foster homes where they are healthy and socially active. We are better able to explain their personality and behavior.
We rescue dogs from the streets of San Antonio, Texas who have been dumped and abandoned as well as pull them from our very high kill city shelter. We also rescue dogs from surrounding counties and take owner surrenders.
We rescue dogs because of the passion in our hearts to help the voiceless when they need help the most. We are rewarded with great, happy and grateful dogs.
